By using CupSeason, you agree to use the app responsibly and respectfully.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any content you upload.
You retain ownership of your photos and content but grant CupSeason permission to display them as needed to operate the service.
CupSeason is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

CupSeason is a golf league management app for private groups who play real, handicapped golf together.
Any prize pool shown in the app is managed entirely by league organizers and participants. Prize pools are private arrangements among players who know each other, based on skill (real golf scores) — not a game of chance operated by CupSeason.
CupSeason does not collect, hold, transfer, or distribute money, takes no fee or cut of any prize pool, and is not responsible for league payouts or disputes.
Users are responsible for ensuring their leagues comply with applicable laws where they play. If you are unsure whether a money pool is allowed where you live, keep your league to bragging rights.
